The song follows young rebels who swim in ecstasy when they're not fighting their oppressor. The lyrics go "-back it up, let me fuck you like you're police". It's FTP forever. The phrase "-let that shit sing, sing, sing" usually means to empty a clip. Here it's also a metaphor for ejaculation. BOMBS is loaded with double entendres. "scott, wanna go up.." is a Star Trek reference but also a metaphor for climaxing.
